How will WSC find Tenants for Me?
Through many years experience in the rental market WSC have a database of tenants
looking for good quality rental properties. We also advertise in proven tenant catchment areas.
What else will WSC do?
We can arrange accompanied viewings even in the evening or on weekends. To ensure the
quality of tenants, WSC will check all tenant references and ensure that, where appropriate,
deposits and rental payments are taken promptly. For those landlords who require it we can draft
Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements for the tenants to sign, deal with inventory catalogues,
pre-rental home condition reports etc.
You’ve found me a tenant now. Why would I still need WSC?
Any experienced landlord will tell you that the work does not end once a tenant moves in.
WSC can offer you an ongoing commitment to ensure that your rental is a trouble-free as possible.
WSC can arrange to collect rents on your behalf. In the event of any default by the tenant,
WSC has a set system of procedures which will be followed to ensure the situation is rectified
as soon as possible. These include:

Phone calls to the tenant(s) to remind them that the rent is overdue.

Personal visits to the property

Warning Letters to the tenants.
Due to our ‘hands on’ approach to management which builds good relationships with tenants,
we find that the above normally results in rent being paid. However, should we find that
default continues, we can advise on how to apply to the local county court for accelerated
possession. If you wish us to deal with this for you then we can draft all the necessary documents.
We are proud of the fact that due to our meticulous attention to pre-rental detail, should you need it,
you will be furnished with all the necessary paperwork to adequately illustrate any breach of contract by the tenant.
Our Ongoing Commitment To You
All properties let by WSC are inspected on a bi-annual basis. You will receive a written report containing
the results of each inspection. Our sister company, WSC Construction, can arrange any maintenance that your
property requires. Due to economies of scale and the fact that our pre-existing Client’s benefit from heavily
discounted rates, we are confident that any work quoted for by WSC Construction will be considerably lower than
‘market rate’. All work is of course guaranteed and undertaken by skilled and qualified tradesmen.
